बायोडेटा
सेठ जी.एस.मेडिकल कालेज से एमबीबीएस की पढ़ाई करने के बाद डॉ सिद्धार्थ खारकर डॉक्टर बन गए और के.ई.एम. अस्पताल भेद सहित सभी विषयों में प्रथम श्रेणी प्राप्त करता है। उसके बाद उन्होंने बाल्टीमोर, मैरीलैंड, अमेरिका में जॉन्स हॉपकिंस विश्वविद्यालय से स्वास्थ्य विज्ञान की डिग्री प्राप्त की।
डॉ खारकर ने तब वाशिंगटन हॉस्पिटल सेंटर / जॉर्ज टाउन यूनिवर्सिटी, वाशिंगटन डीसी, यूएसए में इंटरनल मेडिसिन में पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट ट्रेनिंग की। इसके बाद, उन्होंने फिलाडेल्फिया, अमेरिका में ड्रेक्सल विश्वविद्यालय में न्यूरोलॉजी में एक रेजीडेंसी पूरा किया।
अपनी रेजिडेंसी खत्म करने के बाद, उन्होंने सैन फ्रांसिस्को (यूसीएसएफ) में कैलिफोर्निया विश्वविद्यालय में मिर्गी में 2 साल की फैलोशिप का पीछा किया, जो दुनिया में मिर्गी के इलाज के सबसे प्रसिद्ध केंद्रों में से एक है। हाल ही में, उन्होंने आंदोलन विकारों में एक नैदानिक लगाव पूरा किया और लंदन के किंग्स कॉलेज में पार्किंसंस रोग, फिर से आंदोलन विकारों के लिए एक विश्व प्रसिद्ध केंद्र।
डॉ खारकर बर्मिंघम में अलबामा विश्वविद्यालय में मिर्गी संकाय का हिस्सा थे और बर्मिंघम में वेटरन्स अफेयर्स (पूर्व सेना) अस्पताल में मिर्गी विभाग के प्रभारी थे.
